Missing of "sectionIncludes" Rule in "HarnessSections" Rule

Summary
In “HarnessSections” rule in (Rule-HTML-Harness) pega-procom:07-10-01 ,the section include has been missed. The missing rule is available but not included in the HarnessSections. Missed out Rule Details: SectionIncludes in (Embed-Harness-Section)pega-procom:07-10-01.
Steps to Reproduce
Open the Rule HarnessSections in Rule-HTML-Harness.
Resolution
Both "HarnessSections" and "SectionIncludes" are available rules.
Create a new section,copy the contents of "SectionIncludes" rule from designer tab and paste the contents in the new section rule.Refer the new section in "HarnessSections" rule.
