User was suggested to install the Pega Application server certificate on the mobile deice and then scan the mobile application barcode. One way to install the certificate is to attache the certificate in an e-mail and send. Then open the e-mail on the device and click the certificate attachment to start the certificate installation. After the installation there should be a profile entry in the IOS mobile device General-->Profiles & Device management section corresponding to the application server.
