Mobile:Header with field value that refer prop & control format

Summary
User is using field values for dynamic layout headers.
The field value references a property and control format. While this works on the desktop, it does not load at all on an offline enabled app on a mobile device.
Error Messages
Not Applicable but an endless busy indicator displays.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a field value that includes a property reference and associate control with that property.
2. Create a dynamic layout with a header and include the field value as the title for dynamic layout.
3. On the desktop the value shows up correctly, not in the mobile platform.
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-19835, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
