MS Edge pastes Excel data as image and formatted text in RTE

Summary
When pasting cell data copied from Microsoft Excel to a Rich Text Editor using Microsoft Edge, the data is pasted as both an image and formatted text.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a section with a Rich Text Editor in the application.
- Copy data from an existing Microsoft Excel document.
- Paste the data to the Rich Text Editor. The data is pasted twice, once as an image and the second time as text.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Changes were made to the pasteHandler in the pzpega_ckeditor_extras file such that checks are made to determine the type of data that is pasted from the Clipboard.
Resolution
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.1.8.
