Multiple select control not showing the correct value

SUMMAR
User is selecting any value thru multiple select and tries to save it. It is observed that the saved data is not getting displayed when users reopen the case

Create a section
Add Multiselect control in a grid
Now at run time select number of items via the control for more than one row
Save the assignment
Close the assignment
Again open the assignment and you will see that the selected data getting displayed is not correct.
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. In Multiselect control , pervious values were also getting added
