My Reports tab of CPM Interaction Portal is taking long time
My Reports tab of CPM Interaction portal is taking lot of time to load.
Database used is SQL server.
Based on the analysis it is found that the report definition used to get list of Categories and list of shortcuts are taking more time - for example - pzRBAllCategories and pzRBCategoryShortcuts.
Total time taken to load the reports harness is around two minutes.
User requires suggestion on why it is taking more time and what would be the ideal solution?
At times user is getting time out error exceeding 100 seconds.
Note: User has increased the report retrieval settings from 30 seconds to 100 seconds to avoid this issue.
Steps to Reproduce
Click on My Reports from CPM Interaction portal, it is taking more than a minute to load.
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Perform the following local-change:
Ask the database administrator to run sp_updatestats on SQL server.
