NBAA portal on pre-production environment hangs
Summary
After deployment of Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor v7.13 (NBAA) application in pre-production environment, PRPC throws different errors and in the logs it is observed as null exceptions related to harnesses and a "ReadOnly:0" value is reported.

Steps to Reproduce
Launch NBAA portal. Root Cause
A configuration issue in the start-up script in the operating environment.
Resolution
Set -Djava.awt.headless=true to resolve the reported behavior.
