Nested CSS classes are missing in the inherited skin

Summary



When a child skin inherits from the parent skin containing some formats, nested CSS classes are not generated. 

For example, 

Consider two skins: Skin A (parent) and Skin B (child)

If a new tab format 'toptabs' is created in Skin A. It creates some nested CSS classes such as .screen-layout-header > .dc-screen-layout-region-main-middle-tab.dc-toptabs-tabs along with regular CSS classes such as .toptabs, toptabs .tab-ul.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new tab format 'toptabs' in skin A. 
  2. Perform a Preview of the skin. Classes such as .screen-layout-header > .dc-screen-layout-region-main-middle-tab.dc-toptabs-tabs, .toptabs  toptabs .tab-ul are present. 
  3. Create a new skin B which inherits from skin A.
  4. Generate the Preview. The nested classes are missing.


Root Cause



Inherited skins are not considered while generating the  skin CSS.


Resolution



Apply HFix-43945.
