No automatic scrolling while in hybrid client on android

Summary
In a hybrid client on an android device, when an input field is clicked, the keyboard will often cover up the field and the container does not auto-scroll the field into view (as it does on iPhone).

Steps to Reproduce
Attempt to scroll android screen when there are multiple fields presented on the screen and keyboard may cover them up.
Root Cause
A third-party product issue.
Inability to automatically scroll is not an issue with PRPC. In iOS it is handled natively, but not in Android.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-18118, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
