Summary



Pega nodes do not communicate with each other when running the Microsoft SQL Server.

Steps to Reproduce



Use the Administrator Studio to observe the nodes in the cluster.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

The PurgePRSysStatusNodes Job Scheduler incorrectly purged valid entries in the pr_sys_statusnodes table when the MS SQL Server was run as the database.


Resolution



Perform the following local-change:

Disable the PurgePRSysStatusNodes Job Scheduler.
