Non-localized values display on filtering a repeating grid

Summary
On a repeating grid, runtime filter popup displays non-localized values. However, the corresponding columns in the Grid displays localized values.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add a repeating grid layout with one column to display the work status using the pyStatusWork property.
- Create field values for pyStatusWork values.
- Run the case.
- Click pyStatusWork column filter icon.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
Filter option at the column level setting was set to Filter by Value.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change in the column setting:
Change the filter option to Filter by Format.
