Non-printable characters display for properties in BLOB

Summary
When Pega extracts properties for reporting from the BLOB, using the User Defined Functions (UDFs), MS Excel displays special characters (non-printing characters) for the output instead of the actual content.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create an activity which runs a Report Definition and returns a bunch of properties from the BLOB.
- Exports the content to Excel.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. UDFs in the database were corrupted.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment:
Re-install UDFs.
