Non stop busy indicator in pyRecents section



If work in end user portal occurs for more than 2 hours continuously, then opening any claim from the Recents section or case search results in a busy indicator in the Recents section. This applies to claims but disputes are not affected. The user needs to log out and log back in to restore normal behavior.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Work in end user portal for more than 2 hours.
  2. Search for any claim and open the claim.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The "Run visibility condition on client" option was checked on the cell of the property “PCMadeFinal”.


Apply HFix-29501, and consider if any customized versions of the hot fixed rules need to be merged or removed.
