Root Cause
User was not using the proper way to add an access role and then performing a clone from one of the available access roles.
Resolution
Following are the two ways to create a clone of an access role:
1. Go to Designer Studio >Org & Security >Groups & Rules > Access roles.
2. Click on add button in the bottom and fill the required details and choose the required ruleset and the version accordingly. One can also have an option to create a new workbasket or use an existing one and associate with the new role.
3. Go to Records > Security > Access Role Name.
4. Create a new role name, enter the details and save it. After saving, one can clone using any of the available access roles.
