Not able to delete own attachments after upgrade to Pega 7

Summary
Delete option for the attachments is disabled after upgrade.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a work object.
- Add an attachment. It will now show in attachments tab.
- Now Delete icon is disabled to delete attachments.
Root Cause
The Visibility of Delete Icon is controlled by the Privilege.
Resolution
Access Role Object corresponding to the Access role specified in the accessgroup should have DeleteAnyAttachment Privilege.
