Not able to display Tab Group section in Pega 7

Summary
The scenario involves sections not getting loaded on the portal as expected. In PRPC 6.1, the scenario had tab group and had layouts in it, however in Pega 7.1.7, the tab group seems to have certain issues. It doesn't load the sections as it does in 6.1. Error Loading). It just says 'Loading...'. When user tried to delete the tab group and added dynamic layout instead, they were now able to see the section in the portal. The impact to change all the UI screens in Pega 7 for this issue will be cumbersome.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Use a Tabbed Group layout.
2. Display the section using WorkArea control.
Root Cause
The issue is seen when WorkArea Control is used.
Resolution
Upgrading the WorkArea control to use Dynamic Container resolved the issue,
