Not able to use different port after HFix install

Summary
Secondary SMTP related server was used to send emails, but the 25th port was not used. A validation error occurred after HFix-6977 was applied.
Error Messages
The page contains an undefined property: .pyPort
Validation failed: Errors Detected.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Apply HFix-6977.
2. Change the port number in an existing email account.
3. Create a new email account with a port number other than 25.
Root Cause
The HFix referred to a property that did not exist. The HFix was a backport of code from a newer version of PRPC.
Resolution
Follow any one of the methods given below.
- Create a custom ruleset version of the MODEL DATA-EMAILACCOUNT PYDEFAULT, and remove the reference to pyPort property.
- Create a custom ruleset version of DATA-EMAILACCOUNT pyPort property.
