Summary

After an upgrade from a PRPC 6.2 to Pega 7.1.9 environment, some work objects have the Notes text area control disabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create any WO
2. In the Notes section click in text area under Notes
3. Nothing happens (text area is disabled)

Root Cause

The pyNote textarea in pyWorkNotes is supposed to be always editable

Resolution

Check the AlwaysEditable param in the parameters tab in its property panel. And change the Presentation options for the text area to Editable (it was Auto before), this allows adding notes on the Work Objects.
