Root Cause



This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.


Resolution



Perform the following local-change:
  1. Write an agent activity and test the listener status periodically.
  2. Send email notification if the Listener status displays as running for long.

An enhancement request, FDBK-28068, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
