NullPointerException when running Report Definition

Summary
User installed April 2014 Compliance Consolidated Patch (14.1) for Smart Dispute for Acquirers v6.1 Base. Existing and new Report Definitions that refer to the ChargebackTransactionAmount column started to fail with the following error message:

Steps to Reproduce
- On a Smart Dispute for Acquirers v6.1 Base system, install April 2014 Compliance Consolidated Patch (14.1)
- Run the Report Definition that refers to ChargebackTransactionAmount column
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
Install HFix-9959.
