Steps to Reproduce
- Log in as an operator to PegaClaims:Administrator access group
- Launch any portal
Root Cause
The upgrade of Pega Healthcare Industry Foundation (HCIF) 7.40 without importing Pega HCIF 7.3.1 causes the issue.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Install HCIF 7.31
- Log out and log in to the application
