Numerous PEGA0037 alerts and data page reloading

SA-32642

Summary

The user noticed a large volume of PEGA0037 alerts referencing an activity which loads a node level data page. The node level data page is being reloaded multiple times from the same user in an interval of one second.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

Run a process that references the data page.

Root Cause

The PEGA0037 alerts were caused by a step in the activity that called the ObtainMapValuePair function to run a specific map value rule. The rule assembly was not cached since the function was executing a specific map value rule instead of going through rule resolution. As a result, the assembly occurred each time the step was executed.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change to address the PEGA0037 alerts: use the Property-Map-ValuePair method in the activity instead of the ObtainMapValuePair function.

Apply HFix-24747 to address the node level data page reloading multiple times.
