Onclick action not working for Accordion

Summary
User has added an accordian in a portal and has configured an OnClick event of the accordian.
During runtime, the user observes that on clicking of the header of the accordiant, the Onclick event does not trigger but does so if user click on the accordiant body.
User expects the onclick event to be triggered on click on the accordian header.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Add an accordian to a portal and add an onclick event.
2. During runtime, click on the accordian header.
Root Cause
The On Click action on the accordion will not be rendered on the header but the entire accordion.
The header has been designed to only expand or collapse the accordion content.
Resolution
Add an icon to the header and configure the On click event on it.
