Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules .The proposed hotfix will modify the activity pxCountInstances such that before making the DB call for getting count of instances. It will check whether it is internal or external table.If it is internal table the present query will work. If it is external table present query is modified such that where class is removed. By which for all external table separate query is being fired by which error is resolved as well as count is being shown for external table in data table landing page.
