Pagelist property initializing as classless

SA-63083

Summary

When initializing an embedded pagelist property in the pySetFieldDefaults data transform, the property is created as classless. If the pxObjClass property is explicitly initialized to the respective class type in the  pySetFieldDefaults data transform, it works correctly, however, this is a guardrail violation.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

STEPS TO  REPRODUCE
  1. Create an embedded pagelist property.
  2. Add it to a case type.
  3. Set pyLabel to "" to initialize the first instance in the pagelist property.
  4. Create a case.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The pySetFieldDefaults data transform was initialized incorrectly for the first case created through Pega Express.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Delete the previous case and create a new case with the correctly initialized pySetFieldDefaults data transform.
