Pagination is not working properly in Layout Groups

Summary
When having multiple tabs in a LayoutGroup, Pagination is working only for the default first Tab of the Layout Group but not for other tabs.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Layout Group with few tabs.
2. Click on any tab apart from the first Tab.
3. Click Pagination.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Place each repeat grid in its own layout. That makes the pagination work
The safer local-change is to have each grid in its own section and include those sections in the Layout Group.
