Paragraphs are not supported in Chrome

Summary
Few of the paragraph rules does not show up in Google Chrome browser, the rule-form does not display.
Error Messages
This rule form is currently only compatible with Internet Explorer.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch Application.
2. Create Paragraphs.
3. Open in Chrome, notice unable to open.
Root Cause
Paragraph rule form is not compatible with Chrome browser.
Resolution
This is an expected behavior as till Pega 7.1.5 paragraph rules are form based which were not supported in Chrome browser.
From Pega 7.1.6 onwards, Pega made it harness based so from that version only, paragraph rules are supported in Chrome browser.
