Pega 7.2 fails to start after upgrade from Pega 7.1.6

Summary



System was upgraded from Pega 7.1.6 to Pega 7.2. One of the four nodes fails to restart, and exceptions occur. WebSphere 7.0.0.27 and Oracle 11.2.0.4.0 was used.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce



Start the server after upgrading from Pega 7.1.6 to Pega 7.2.

Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules:
This issue is specific to Oracle database.

Resolution



Apply HFix-28544.
