Pega BankLetter Failure

Summary



The send letter for a Pega application is failing for all requests which are processed automatically and are sucessfull when a user performs manual retry. Send Commucation is the service call from Pega. The host system and all the servers are running as expected.


Error Messages


2015-12-07 13:50:31,372 [,maxpri=10]] [ STANDARD] [ ruleset] (activity) ERROR - SendCommunication ( ) : SOAP Service Failed. Failed

Steps to Reproduce



Create a case In Pega->Work on the case->Submit the case->Case triggers the required services calls acroos various hosts->Case will be failed for Send Commucation Service.

Retry the failed case and the case will be sucessfull.


Root Cause



The root cause of the issue is now identified. This is due to certificate issues in WAS clones

Resolved issues with certificates in the WAS clones
