Pega Installation Issue - PLJava unavailable

Summary
You are not able to install PLJava in the environment. The installation guide directs you to install the supported version of the add-on PLJava module from " http://pgfoundry.org/projects/pljava". This link does not work.

Root Cause
Third party site has removed the download link.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following Local-change:
Install the software from the Pega 7.1.8 media kit.
