Summary

After important an application from Pega Marketing 7.12 to v713, the Pega Marketing programs, offers, and segments are not imported.

Steps to Reproduce

Import an application from Pega Marketing 7.12 to 7.13.

Root Cause

Application Packing wizard is used to export and import the application into same version (from UAT --> PROD etc..,) and not to be used for importing into different versions.

Resolution

Generally Application Packing wizard is used to export and import the application into same version (from UAT --> PROD etc..,) and not to be used for importing into different versions. Upgrade process can be used which is suggested to upgrade the current environment from v712 --> v713.
