Pega Marketing VBD landing page is blank

Summary



In the user’s environment having Pega Marketing (PM) 7.13 and Pega 7.2, the VBD landing page in the Pega Marketing portal only displays the Applet version. This does not work in Chrome.

Steps to Reproduce



1. Log in to the Pega Marketing portal
2. Open Reports > VBD landing page
3. When using Chrome, VBD Planner does not display

Root Cause



Issue with Pega Marketing v7.13 application which displays only the Applet version in VBD landing page in browsers other than Internet Explorer.

Resolution



Hfix-26219 for Pega Marketing v7.13 application addresses the issue and display the Applet or HTML5 version of VBD landing page depending on the browser.

HFix-26354 is a pre-requisite and must be installed prior to installing Hfix-26219
