Pega Scheduler freezes when deleting users

Summary
Using Pega out-of-the-box Scheduler (Section: pxScheduleCreate, Class: Pega-ScheduledTask), the screen freezes when deleting notification users randomly. However, the scheduled users are removed correctly when they are deleted from last to first.

Steps to Reproduce
Delete recipients of the Scheduler out of order and the system freezes.
Root Cause
The row repeat used grid APIs for the Delete action. However, the grid JavaScript was not included with row repeats.
Resolution
Apply HFix-49269.
