Summary
Pega7.2: Chart does not show up in the dashboard portal in PCI7.12.
The chart not getting displayed looks to be a prpc upgrade issue. If we simply re-save the report definition into a latest ruleset version, it starts working.

1. Open url and enter login details.
2. verify Chart section on dashboard.
