PegaMkt-Engine Inboundsmsofferflow agent is not running



A campaign fails to complete. It has been configured to run for more than 30 days, but it fails after 11 days.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

Start a campaign.

Root Cause

A software use or operation error.

This is a configuration issue. The Pega Marketing PurgeAgent will drop the campaign table based on the PurgeOlderThanDays value.

The Pega Marketing system need to be configured with a PurgeOlderThanDays value covering the campaign period.


Adjust the PurgeOlderThanDays value larger that the campaign execution period.
