Performance problem creating product export

Summary
The creation process for Rule-Admin-Product export archives takes an extraordinarily long time when including the associated data instances in the export.

Steps to Reproduce
Run an export for a Rule-Admin-Product and be sure to check the box with the title "Include associated data", and uncheck the box "Exclude non-versioned rules".
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment: two tables that include data records for the application were not indexed in the database. Because of this, queries to retrieve records from these tables were taking several minutes to complete and slowing down the export process.
