Periodically Campaigns fail

Summary
Campaign Execution Fails.
pxRunDDFwithProgressPage is reporting stepStatusFail and the status check on the line where we delete the data flow is looking for pyStatus=”Failed” whereas we’re getting pyStatus=”Pending-Start” hence why is the stepStatusFailed flag set after pxRunDDFWithProgressPage.

Root Cause
For whatever reason after data flow activation activity step status is "Failed", even though activation and data flow doesn't fail.
