Summary

Phone toolbar button graphics are missing, and wrong font styles are used when accessing the system using the CPMFS administrator role. The phone toolbar looks fine when accessing the system using the CA administrator role.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in with CPMFS administrator role.
2. Select phone at top right.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules:
There is an assembly error in the pyChannelStyles CSS rule. The rule must be resaved to a new record to fix this problem.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:
SaveAs on the pyChannelStyles CSS rule of Pega-ChannelServices:07-13-20 ruleset into a new or existing ruleset.

Note: The new or existing ruleset should be above the Pega-ChannelServices and PegaFWUI ruleset in application stack.
