Pick A Value in Summary view or List view report does not work.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Summury view rule with some criteria.
- In the Configure prompt setting, Select Prompt user before executing the report, Display available values, Display criteria with the results, Display valid values, and Display compatible columns.
- Add the Summary view rule in the User portal as a link.
- In the Link action, use an onClick action as a Run Script using the showSummaryInWindow function.
- Open the User portal.
- Click the Summery view link.
- Click the Pick a value button in Please enter criteria data..
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here's the explanation for the reported behavior:
Summary view rules are deprecated. HTML5 does not support framesets. Hence, Summary view reports display incorreclty or do not display in some browsers.

As a local-change, re-create the custom Summary view reports as report definition reports.
