Summary
Localized error message does not display on submitting the pyChangePassword activity with a blank Current and Confirm Password.

Steps to Reproduce
- Customize the pyChangePassword section to the local language. Set the locale to Localized after the localized package is installed.
- Enforce a change password.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Validate Activity used direct messages instead of any Message Rules.
Resolution
- Apply HFix-39433.
- For localized message, Save As a specific class of the pyEmptyPassword Message Rule and edit the context body as a local term.
