Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior: PmmlSupport ruleset was removed from Pega 7.1.9 and later versions. This ruleset supported the implementation of the Predictive Model Markup Language (PMML), which is a third-party software.
The PMML software can be implemented using the PredictiveRuleForm (Records >Decision->PredictiveRuleForm) (from Pega 7.1.9 and later).
Note: The ruleset is not shipped with the product anymore as it is not developed completely.
