Summary

There is an icon in front end and on click on it, user gets a pop up window with the valid questions. But after that screen is loaded, system is disabling the pop up window and hence the focus is coming back to parent window.

Error Messages

Alert window stating Screen captured successfully is displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

Click on the icon to capture screen. A window opens.
Then the window goes to background.

Root Cause

On opening a new window the focus is not set to opened window.

Resolution

This issue happens only in IE 8 and in higher versions of IE it's working fine.

IE 8 is deprecated by Microsoft. Same is explained to user that many functionalities is not complete in IE 8 and even a concrete solution cannot be given as it is no longer supported by MSDN.
