Summary
Portal header displays incorrectly and unable to navigate. This occurs when the browser is zoomed to 200% or more.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a header in a dynamic layout and set the mode as Inline middle
- Configure the layout with a Portal header group primary and secondary layouts
- Configure the skin to have the layout change format at specified size, 1024px in this cas. The zooming in does not change the format of the header
Root Cause
When the window is zoomed, the Header section is stacked and thus, hides behind the main body of the portal.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
In the skin, select the screen layout type and increase the minimum height of the header to a suitable size so that the layout is included in the section after the zoom.
