- Create a Navigation rule
- Add out-of-the-box Print action to a node
- Use the navigation rule in a Menu control
- Run the use case
- Click Menu
- Click Print
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. There is no implementation for Print action in pznavigation.pzProcessAction Rule Utility Function.
Resolution
As a local-change add the below action in the Navigation rule for print functionality.
