Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Pega portal in the Internet Explorer Browser
- Navigate to any of the case Details which contains a grid.
- Click Print from the Actions button.
- Check the Preview with 'Print Preview' option on right click of the mouse.
Root Cause
Print preview is an Internet Explorer browser dependent functionality. According to the paper size selected, the Print Preview displays.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change to target only the Internet Explorer browser:
Add the '.ie' Selector as a prefix to other Selectors to include custom styles in the CustomPrintCSS file.
