PrintView is incorrect at IE11



The Print option is configured on the Action button of a case. On selecting print, the work object must generate the PDF file and print it. However, the screen is aligned incorrectly and the horizontal scrollbar displays. This occurs in the Internet Explorer browser.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In the Case Manager portal, configure a Print option on the Action button of a work object.
  2. Save the Print view as PDF file.

Root Cause

A software use or operation error.

Internet Explorer browser has a limitation to support dynamic layout optimized code.

As a local-change, use 'Legacy code' for the Layout mode on the Presentation tab of the Dynamic layout properties.
