Property ContactID and pxLin used in OOTB reports is not exposed

Summary



Pega Customer Service 7.31 is installed on Pega 7.3.1.

Property ContactID and pxLin used in the out-of-the- box reports are not exposed. Hence, error occurs while running a report definition.


Error Messages



[MSG][An error occured during resolving the report definition - One of the join conditions involving the following unoptimized property is not allowed, since it can severely degrade performance: .ContactId in class PegaCA-Interface-Contact. Revise the join conditions or optimize the property.] ========================================================= Performance: Moderate These properties are not optimized: .ContactId, Displaying them may result in poor performance. Consult your system administrator about optimizing properties for reporting.


Steps to Reproduce



Run any report definition with ContactID property.


Root Cause



An issue in the custom application code or rules.

Database table mapping was missing for the PegaApp-Interface-Contact class.



Resolution



Perform the following local-change:

Import the sample data to import the database mapping rules.
