prpcUtils.sh expose not populating new columns

SA-2709

Summary

You are using prpcUtils.sh to populate new columns, as per https://pdn.pega.com/pegarules-database/how-to-use-the-column-populator-utility, but when you run the script new columns are not populated.

Resolution

This is a documentation bug. In this help link
https://pdn.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v71/database/database2/databasecolumnpopulator.htm everything is clearly described but there is one issue. In the expose.startDate and expose.endDate property date time value must be double quoted. If not then the utility will run without any error but no row will be updated.
