PRRuntimeException in logs when loading pyAssignmentListGadget

PRRuntimeException messages are observed in the logs for the pyAssignmentListGadget section.
Error Messages
ERROR - Section 'pyAssignmentListGadget' execution error on page 'pyWorkPage' of class 'Org-FW-Resolve-Work-Exception'.

Steps to Reproduce
Open a work object and check the 'Completed Assignments' option in the Case Contents section.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. There was a custom When rule associated with the Case Contents display. When the 'Completed Assignments' option is checked in the Case Contents section, the Case Contents clipboard page contains items with a History class, but there was no When rule for this class.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Add the custom When rule to the History class.
