Purge Archive Wizard does not archive all work items.



You, as an application developer, are running the Purge/Archive Wizard with Provision class as the work pool and one of the provision classes as the work type. All the work items in this class are Resolved. You have the correct roles and privileges but are unable to see the expected result ( the workitems are not archived).


The behavior is expected and as per design. You need to resolve all the child cases before purging the cover items to resolve the issue.
